Point.me for Membership Rewards® points Terms & Conditions

By using the Program (as defined herein) you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms and conditions carefully, as well as the additional documents embedded and linked within them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Program. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the modified terms and conditions on the Program website. Any such modifications will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Program after modifications have been made to the terms and conditions signifies and confirms your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

US American Express® Membership Rewards® Card Members have complimentary access to the ‘point.me for Membership Rewards® points’ award flight search tool (the “Program”), created by point.me for American Express Card Members. To confirm eligibility and access the Program, visit point.me/amex. Program search results will include points transfer options only for airline loyalty programs participating in the Membership Rewards® program and can change rapidly. The current list of airline loyalty programs available for points transfer via the Membership Rewards® program can be found here: Membership Rewards® Points Transfer. You cannot transfer Membership Rewards® points or book flights directly through the search tool. If you want to book a flight, you must transfer Membership Rewards® points to a participating airline loyalty program through your Membership Rewards® account and book the flight directly with the airline. You must have an eligible Membership Rewards-enrolled Product to transfer points to a participating airline loyalty program. Program search results are not guaranteed and are subject to change between the time of search and time of booking with the airline. American Express and point.me cannot make flight changes and are not responsible for issues with your flight. Any changes to your flight are subject to the change policy of the applicable airline. Any issues with your flight must be dealt with directly with the applicable airline. Other restrictions may apply. Offers, prices, terms, and benefits subject to change without notice.

American Express does not operate the Program and makes no representations or warranties with respect to the use of the Program. American Express is not responsible for the Program or other actions or inactions of point.me. If American Express determines in its sole judgment that you engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this Program or that you may attempt to do so, it may suspend your ability to use points or cancel your American Express Cards.

Any personal information received pursuant to your use of the Program will be handled by point.me in accordance with point.me's Privacy Policy. Point.me may share certain information regarding personal information received through the Program with American Express to provide insight into your use of the Program. Any personal information American Express receives about you will be used in accordance with the American Express Online Privacy Statement.
